Interval Workout

This workout is so great! My sis is a personal trainer and a fitness instructor;  she comes up with these amazing interval workouts. This is just one of many that she has created. It's a tough one... so get ready! It is a full body workout, with a focus on upper body. When I did it, my shoulders were burning. I hope you all enjoy it as much as i do... Thanks sis!
